Featured DJ at Neighbours
Richard J. Dalton is a Seattle deejay. But not a normal deejay, if Seattle Weekly has it right. They’ve gone as far as giving him the title of “Best Hope for High-School Freaks” (in addition to “Best Club DJ”).
Outrageous behavior and scandal is encouraged on the dance floor when Richard J. Dalton is on the decks. Don’t expect anything normal in the club on a night you’re there with Dalton. The energy builds to a level most dare not imagine. It’s like Twisted Sister and Aqua having a baby, with SpongeBob as the god father. Dalton himself is typically rocking some kind of feather boa or mutant ninja outfit. And the music—the term “guilty pleasure” comes to mind.
When not spinning at Neighbours, the club that Dalton has his Seattle residency, he can be found at the legendary C89.5 FM, mixing live, and messing with the heads of commuters. On the weekends, he is featured weekly on “Hollywood Hamilton’s Remix Top 30 Countdown”, which is syndicated on hundreds of stations across the world, including KTU 103.5 in New York City.
“I’m a freak and proud of it! Let your freak flag fly!”, says Dalton.
